Minimum Record

Following the recommendation for the minimum record for museums by Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek, the netart repostiory requires minimal record for new entries as following:

Minimal record for artist:

new item for [Name of person] (label: full name, description: netartist, alias: optional another names) // to create a meta art work - for all variants you need to create a separate item

new item for [Name of artwork] (label: full title, description: artwork by [Name of person], title: full title)

[Name of person] is instance of person

[Name of person] artist [Name of artwork]

[Name of artwork] inception [Year]

if known [Name of artwork] access URL [https://...]

or alternatively [Name of artwork] reference URL [https://...]

Minimal record for artwork:

[Name of artwork] is instance of artwork

[Name of artwork] artist [Name of person]

[Name of artwork] inception [Year]

[Name of artwork] title [Title]

Each art work consists of minimum two entries - the meta art work and variant 1.

[Name of artwork meta] has variant [Name of artwork variant 1]

[Name of artwork variant 1] is istance of [variant]

Minimal record for any person:

Any person in the net art repository has a role - curators, writers, journalists etc.

Every person needs to have at least one atributed work, aka item (f.e. text, publication, exhibition...)
